WATERFRONT BEACH HOUSE
ABOUT
The Waterfront Beach House in Criccieth, North Wales sits along the Llyn Peninsula coast and next door to Snowdonia. With room for the whole family the Beach House, is just a walk across the road to the beach. A family friendly holiday home, all year round, sleeping up to 24 guests. We have spectacular sea views from many of the bedrooms, the lounge & the dining room.
All bedrooms have their own toilet & shower or bathroom. We have a large wood burning log fire, wooden floors & inviting, comfortable, leather sofas with loads of throws & cushions to sink into after an exciting, fun filled day.
There's an endless long dining room table to sit around & enjoy hours of eating, drinking and chatting. The kitchen has an Aga & a chunky farmhouse table to while away the hours with a hot cup of tea . We even offer a 'kids only' den with a TV, games & blackboard. From coastal walks to adrenalin fuelled adventures to a day at the beach, there is something for everyone summer & winter.
OUR HOUSE
Decorated in a quirky, warm & comfortable style the Beach House has views of the sea, castle, distant mountains & farm fields. Our 12 bedrooms are decorated simply with fresh white linen & a view from every room.

Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen full of pots, pans, dishes & silverware. Appliances include microwave, refrigerators, AGA oven/stove & dishwasher.
TV
I am in the 'Kids Den' room with Freeview & a HDMI cable so you can finally finish that series you've been meaning to watch.

books & toys are all available for the little people in your life.
Wifi
We suggest logging off & switching off. There’s a beautiful world out there just waiting to be explored...
but I'm here if you need me.
Wood Burning Fire
A few days worth of logs are ready & waiting so you can enjoy me from the moment you arrive. Find me in the middle of the lounge to ensure you are cosy at all times.
Parking
Free parking on site for around 6 cars & plenty of free street parking opposite the house.
Bed Linen & Towels​
Fresh white bed linen, hand & bath towels are provided for every guest, one more thing you can tick off your list.
Washing Machine & Dryer
A combi washer & dryer are available to use during your stay, also an iron & ironing board.
Outdoor
Garden furniture, BBQ & garden at the front & side of the house to soak up the best sea views alfresco style.
